摘 要: | 偏航控制系统的作用就是保持机舱与风向一致,使风力发电机尽可能多地获取风能。针对风向的频繁变化,编写了一种自动偏航控制程序。在此基础上,对兆瓦级玻璃钢风力机叶片在风力、重力和离心力的耦合作用下的静力学进行仿真分析。通过对叶片额定风况下的静力学分析,不仅检验了叶片正常运行时的安全性,而且为后续的疲劳寿命分析提供疲劳载荷依据。根据Miner线性累积损伤法则的玻璃钢叶片疲劳寿命估计方法,实现对风机叶片疲劳寿命的计算。以仿真结果为依据,进行铺层优化设计,降低了叶片应力,提高了使用寿命。

Abstract: | For the yaw system , it must keep the cabin always windward , so the wind turbine can catch wind pow-er as much as possible .This paper designs an active yaw control system for large wind turbines .It analyzes stat-ics character of large wind turbine GRP blades in the coupling of wind , gravity and centrifugal force .Through statics analysis under rated wind condition , it evaluates the safety of blades and provides data for fatigue life pre-diction .Based on the Miner linear fatigue damage accumulation rule , it obtains the fatigue life of blades .At last it introduces a layer optimization design . |
