| 摘 要： | 中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白(NGAL)是目前研究较多的一种脂质运载蛋白,其可能与炎症、肿瘤、肾脏疾病等密切相关。近年来研究发现,NGAL可作为早期检测急性肾损伤(AKI)的一个敏感指标,并对肾脏有保护作用。新近研究发现,NGAL也可作为慢性肾脏疾病(CKD)的一个有效的、易于检测的标志物,且比其他评估肾脏损害的指标更为敏感,其能更早期地发现肾脏的损害,为肾脏疾病的预防、早期诊断和治疗开辟新道路。

| Abstract: | Neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin （NGAL） is a kind of lipocalin that seems to be a popular topic studied much recently.It might be closely related with the inflammation,tumor and kidney disease.In recent years,studies supported that NGAL can be used as a sensitive index of early acute kidney injury（AKI）,and it has a protective effect on kidney.Meanwhile,some recent studies found that NGAL can also be used as an effective and easy-measure detection marker of chronic kidney disease（CKD）,which is more sensitive than other indexes,and enables earlier discover of renal injury,thus opens up a new way for the prevention,early diagnosis,and treatment of kidney diseases. |
