摘    要:在磁场下电沉积制备Co-W合金镀层,研究了磁场强度对镀层沉积速率、微观形貌、成分以及磁性能等的影响。结果表明:沉积速率随着磁场强度的增大而显著提高;洛伦兹力可以降低电极表面的浓差极化,避免氢气的析出,使镀层均匀、致密;随着磁场强度的增大,镀层的比饱和磁化强度逐渐增大,而矫顽力呈先增大后减小的趋势,当磁场强度为0.5T时,矫顽力最大。

Abstract:A Co-W alloy coating was prepared by electrodeposition in magnetic field and the effects of magnetic field intensity on the deposition rate,micro-morphology,composition,magnetic properties,etc.of the coating were investigated.The results show that as the magnetic field intensity increases,the deposition rate is significantly improved;Lorentz force can reduce differential concentration polarization of electrode surface and avoid hydrogen releasing,making the coating uniform and compact;along with the increasing of the magnetic field intensity,the specific saturation magnetization of the coating will gradually increase,and the coercive force will increase first and then decrease,when the magnetic field intensity is 0.5 T,the coercive force has its maximum value.
