摘    要:通过比较分析新引进铁皮石斛的农艺性状和石斛总多糖含量的变化,为吉安引进优良铁皮石斛品种"雁吹雪3号"提供理论依据.研究结果表明:3月至5月期间为铁皮石斛生长旺盛时期,"雁吹雪3号"的株高、茎粗、顶叶长和宽等农艺性状,以及干鲜重、石斛总多糖含量均高于吉安主栽品种仙斛1号,采收最佳时间为第3年的5月开花之前.雁吹雪3号三年...

Abstract:The introduction feasibility of "No.3 Yan cui-xue", a variety of Dendrobium offcinale, is investigated by comparing the agronomic characteristics and polysaccharides content of the local variety "No. 1 Xian hu" and those of "No.3 Yan cui-xue". The results show that D. offcinale grows fast from March to May. The height, stem diameter, leaf area and polysaccharides of "No.3 Yan cui-xue" are all higher than "No. 1 Xian hu". Therefore, it is suitable to introduce "No.3 Yan cui-xue" in Ji''an. Harvesting time of "No.3 Yan cui-xue" is before blossom in May of the third growth year, and the polysaccharides content of its dry stem is 31.74%, which is conformed with the standard in Pharmacopeia of P. R. Chinese.
