| 摘 要： | 介绍手机表面的主要装饰技术,对模内装饰、模内标签、喷涂、水转印、印刷和电镀等表面装饰技术的特点及应用场合等进行了详细的分析。总结了模内装饰、模内标签及水转印方法在制品性能、外观效果、生产成本、开发时间上的优劣;比较了模内标签使用3种不同材料所产生的不同效果及目前主要采用的4种印刷方式的优缺点。

| Abstract: | The main decoration technologies for handset surface were introduced.The characteristic and application situation of in-mold decorating,in-mold labeling,spray painting,hydrographics transfer printing,printing,electroplating and so on were analyzed detailedly.The end product performance,appearance effect,production cost and development time of in-mold decorating,in-mold labeling and hydrographics transfer printing were summarized.Different effects of three kinds of materials used in inmold labeling were compared,as well as the merits and defects of four kinds of printing ways which were mainly used currently. |
