硫酸镁在前置胎盘期待疗法中的应用价值

目的探讨硫酸镁在前置胎盘期待疗法中的临床疗效及应用价值。方法 选取74例前置胎盘孕产妇为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组各37例,在综合治疗基础上,对照组给予止血芳酸、安络血、维生素K、止血敏止血治疗,观察组加用硫酸镁静脉滴注,观察妊娠结局及新生儿预后。结果 观察组产前出血量、阴道流血停止时间明显短于对照组分别为(268.48±60.85)ml vs.(314.67±63.52)ml,(5.44±1.34)d vs.(7.11±1.30)d,P<0,05],延长孕周时间明显长于对照组(3.76±1.12)周vs.(2.84±1.04)周,P<0.05];观察组新生儿体质量高于对照组(3.14±0.48)kg vs.(2.69±0.32)kg,P<0.05],呼吸窘迫综合征(RDS)及病死率低于对照组(分别为5.41%vs.21.62%,2.70%vs.21.62%,P<0.05),1 min Apgar评分观察组高于对照组(9.13分±0.57分vs.8.11分±0.70分,P<0.05);2组用药期间不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(5.4%vs.18.9%,P>0.05)结论前置胎盘孕产妇采用硫酸镁进行期待疗法治疗是可行的,硫酸镁有利于控制阴道出血时间及延}孕周,改善胎儿预后

The application of magnesium sulfate in therapy of placenta previa expect

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of magnesium sulfate therapy in placenta previa.Methods Selected 74 cases of maternal placenta previa for the study,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 37 patients in each group.Based on the combined treatment,control group was given bleeding aromatic acid,Anluoxue,vitamins K,Zhixuemin hemostatic treatment,observation group were treated with magnesium sulfate intravenously.Observe pregnancy outcomes and neonatal outcomes.Results In observation group,prenatal bleeding volume,vaginal bleeding to stop time was significantly shorter than the control group（268.48±60.85） ml vs.（314.67±63.52） ml,（5.44±1.34） d vs.（7.11±1.30） d,P〈0.05]and prolonged gestation time was significantly longer than the control group（3.76±1.12） weeks vs.（2.84±1.04） weeks,P〈0.05];observation group newborns quality higher than control group（3.14±0.48） kg vs.（2.69±0.32） kg,P〈0.05],respiratory distress syndrome（RDS） and the mortality rate is less than the control group（5.41%vs.21.62%during the two treatment groups,2.70%vs.21.62%,P〈0.05）,1 min Apgar score observation group was higher（9.13±0.57 points vs.8.11±0.70 points,P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions reveals no significant difference（5.4%vs.18.9%,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Maternal placenta previa expectations using magnesium therapy is feasible and magnesium help control vaginal bleeding and prolonged gestation,improve fetal prognosis
