| 摘 要： | 从有关三元系相图讨论了MgO -CaO -ZrO2 材料抗CaO -SiO2 、Al2 O3-CaO炉外精炼渣以及硅酸钙水泥与铝酸钙水泥的侵蚀。结果表明 ,MgO -CaO -ZrO2 材料抗Al2 O3含量不高的碱性渣与硅酸钙水泥的侵蚀性好 ,但抗含Al2 O3高的炉外精炼渣与铝酸钙水泥的侵蚀性可能不好。

| Abstract: | On the basis of the relevant phase diagrams of ternary systems in MgO-CaO-ZrO 2-SiO 2 and MgO-CaO-ZrO 2-Al 2O 3 quarternary systems,the corrosion resistances of MgO-CaO-ZrO 2 refractories to secondary refining slag and cement were discussed.It is concluded that the MgO-CaO-ZrO 2 refractories has good corrosion resistances to basic refining slags with low Al 2O 3 content and silicate cement,but its resistances to the refining slags with high Al 2O 3 content and aluminate cements may be bad. |
