高电磁抗扰度EPA网桥开发

摘    要:针对电子设备在电磁环境恶劣的工业环境中的电磁可靠性问题,从PCB板、屏蔽、接地3方面对网络数据交换设备进行设计,开发了EPA网桥的硬件载体,使EPA网桥具有高的电磁抗扰度性能.通过电磁兼容抗扰度测试证明,按照这种方案设计的EPA网桥能稳定工作在电磁环境恶劣的工业环境中.

Abstract:The reliability of electronic device working in abominable industrial environment full of electromagnetic interference has always been the acknowledged problem for engineering application.This paper designs network data exchange device from the three aspects of PCB design,shielded design,grounding design,develops EPA bridge hardware which has high electromagnetic immunity.It is proved that EPA Bridge could work stably in abominable industrial environment full of electromagnetic interference.
