摘    要:在倡导清洁化农业发展的今天,迫切要求改进和提高肥料品质,确保可持续生态农业发展、食品安全和人类健康。新型有机-无机BB肥料是实现测土施肥、提高肥料利用率、增产增收的重要途径。其中泥炭有机质颗粒是这种肥料生产中的关键技术,经多年的研发,现采用湿法挤压-整型-干燥-筛分新工艺技术,成功地实现有机-无机BB肥料的规模化生产。

The Production Technology and Developing Prospect of New Type of Organic-inorganic Bulk-blending Fertilizer

Abstract:The quality of fertilizer is urgently demanded to improve with the development of clean modern agriculture nowadays in order to assure the sustaining development of ecological agriculture, safe foods and healthy human being. New type of organic-inorganic bulk-blending fertilizer (BB fertilizer) is an important solution to realize balanceable fertilization, eff icient use of fertilizer and high outputs and benefi ts. The granulation of organic matter from peat is a key part during producing this kind of fertilizer. The series of technique, including compacting wet peat, granulating, drying, sieving are developed to produce the granular peat so as to realize the production in scale of organic-inorganic bulk- blending fertilizers.
