Abstract:Objective To find out the positive influence and shortcoming of“integrated”teaching method on the quality of internal medicine course in university of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Methods 10 students were randomly chosen from each class,the 2017th undergraduate class of TCM,the 2017th eight-year program class and the 2017th“Guowei”experimental class,of Guangzhou University of Chinese medicine as the observation objects.Effect of different teaching methods on students’individual ability and teaching quality were evaluated comparing final grade point,studying situation and self-assessment by questionnaires.Results The final grade point of“Guowei”class was higher than the other two groups and the students in“Guowei”class considered that the integrated teaching method was helpful to enhance their comprehensive ability.The difference among three classes was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In terms of clinical teaching of TCM,the integrated teaching method can improve teaching efficiency and teaching quality as well as cultivate comprehensive ability of university students.
