试析立德树人理念下的中职班主任德育工作

立德树人教育是我国学校工作的重中之重,而高校的思想政治教师是学生学习的引导者,所以在对人才的培养过程当中,加强对班主任的道德建设就显得尤为重要。在社会主义的大环境下国家和社会都需要为班主任提供一个良好的发展空间,因此作为班主任要不断提高自身的专业素质以身作则,为广大师生树立榜样。本文主要从立德树人的角度出发结合当前的实际情况,通过分析和研究,提出了一些有利于班主任践行育人的具体措施,更好地践行德育从而促进其教学水平的提升以及综合能力的增强。

On the Moral Education of Head Teachers in Secondary Vocational Schools under the Concept of Building Morality and Cultivating people

The education of building morality and cultivating people is the top priority of school work in China,and the ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities are the guides of students’ learning.Therefore,in the process of talent training,it is particularly important to strengthen the moral construction of head teachers.In the socialist environment,the state and society need to provide a good development space for head teachers.Therefore,as head teachers,they should constantly improve their professional quality,set an example for teachers and students.From the perspective of building morality and cultivating people,combined with the current actual situation,through analysis and research,this paper puts forward some specific measures conducive to the practice of class teachers’ education,so as to better practice moral education,so as to promote the improvement of their teaching level and the enhancement of their comprehensive ability.
