Recent advances of research on risk factors of lung cancer

Lung cancer is the malignant tumor with the highest morbidity and mortality in the world.The occurrence of lung cancer is the result of the joint action of many factors,the etiological structure of which is complex and the specific mechanism has not been clarified.This paper reviews the latest research on some risk factors about their effects and mechanisms on lung cancer,such as smoking,indoor air pollution,history of lung chronic disease,family history of cancer,diet and nutrition.In order to provide theoretical basis for early prevention and treatment of lung cancer.
