超氧压法考察柴油储存安定性的模拟试验研究

摘    要:采用超氧压法(ASTM D5304)对不同类型和来源柴油的储存安定性进行评价,通过大量模拟储存试验,研究总不溶物含量、实际胶质含量、酸值等不安定组分的生成倾向,根据国家成品油标准和国家储备对油品储存时间的要求,提出适合国家储备柴油的质量指标。适合长期储存的柴油指标:模拟储存48 h后总不溶物含量不大于2.5 mg/(100 mL),实际胶质含量不大于50 mg/(100 mL),酸度不大于7 mgKOH/(100 mL);建议柴油的参考收储指标:模拟储存48 h后总不溶物含量不大于10 mg/(100 mL),实际胶质含量不大于100 mg/(100 mL),酸度不大于7 mgKOH/(100 mL);适合长期储存的军用柴油指标:模拟储存72 h后总不溶物含量不大于1.5 mg/(100 mL),实际胶质含量不大于10 mg/(100 mL),酸度不大于5 mgKOH/(100 mL)。研究结果可以为国家成品油储备管理工作提供科学依据。

Abstract:In this paper simulation experiments based on super oxygen pressure method (ASTM D5304) were carried out to investigate the storage stabilities of various diesel fuels focused on the indexes of total insolubles, existent gum and acid value. Quality indexes of diesel fuel for longtime storage, storable diesel and military use were proposed as follows: after 48 h simulation test, the content of total insolubles, existent gum and acid value for longtime storage should be not more than 2.5 mg/100mL, 50 mg/100mL and 7 mgKOH/100mL, respectively; for storable diesel should be not more than 10 mg/100mL, 100 mg/100mL and 7 mgKOH/100mL, respectively; for longtime military storage -- after 72 h simulation test, the content of total insolubles, existent gum and acid value should be not more than 1.5 mg/100mL, 10 mg/100mL and 5 mgKOH/100mL, respectively. These results could be used as scientific basis for reserve management work of domestic oil products.
