温胆汤治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭临床分析

目的 探讨温胆汤加减对慢性充血性心力衰竭患者的影响.方法 选取慢性充血性心力衰竭患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例,对照组为常规心衰西医治疗,治疗组加用温胆汤加减,两组用药疗程均为6周.实验前后分别监测心功能分级和BNP.结果 治疗后2组心功能明显改善,血BNP均较治疗前均明显下降,治疗后治疗组血BNP下降及心功能的改善均明显高于对照组（P＜0 05）.结论 常规抗心衰治疗基础上应用温胆汤加减改善慢性充血性心力衰竭方面也有一定效果.

Effects of Wendan decoction on Chronic Heart Failure Patients

Objective To observe the effects of Wendan decoction on chronic heart failure（CHF）patients with BNP. Methods This study selected 60 cases of CHF patients,sixty cases of DHF were randomized into two groups,30 cases in a treatment group and 30 eases in a control group. In the control group, the standardized medication of modern western medicine was applied, 30 cases of Chinese medicine group were treated with Wendan decoction orally. After 6 weeks, the curative effects of two groups were observed. Results After treatment,BNP level was reduced significantly in the treatment group as compared with the control group,presenting the statistically significant difference（ P 〈0. 05）. BNP levels distance within group comparisons,the two groups were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05） ;Chinese medicine group compared to the control group, there was statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Wendan decoction can decreased plasma BNP concentration and improved heart function,which had obviously effect in clinical.
