右美托咪定用于妇科腹腔镜手术的临床分析

目的：观察右荚托咪定在妇科腹腔镜手术中的镇静效果及安全性。方法：ASAⅠ或Ⅱ级择期行妇科腹腔镜手术患者60例，随机分为右美托咪定组（观察组）和生理盐水组（对照组）。观察组和对照组于麻醉诱导气管插管前10min分别静脉泵注右美托眯定0．5μg／kg和生理盐水。应用Ramsay镇静评分和脑电双频指数（BIS）对两组患者术中镇静效果进行观察，观察麻醉期间患者血流动力学指标的变化，记录术后患者麻醉恢复情况。结果：麻醉诱导时，两组血流动力学都有一定抑制，术中、术后观察组血流动力学稳定情况均较对照组明显；观察组镇痛效果和术后麻醉恢复情况均较对照组理想；观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：右美托咪定使妇科腹腔镜手术患者的血流动力学更稳定，镇痛效果更强，术后恢复更陕，不良反应更少。

Clinical Analysis on the Effect of Dexmedetomidine on Patients Undergoing Gynecological Laparoscopy

Objective：To investigate the sedative effects and safety of dexmedetomidine in patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopy. Method：Sixty patients of ASA grade Ⅰ or Ⅱ, scheduled for gynecological laparoscopy, were randomly assigned into two groups：observation group（n=30）, and control group（u=30）.Observation group and control group received 0.5 μ g/kg dexmedetomidine and normal saline, respectively, ten minutes before Narcotic induction tracheal intnbation through intravenous infusion.Changes of hemodynamic parameters during anesthesia were observed, and recovery were recorded.Result：During induction of anesthesia, two groups had certain inhibition on hemodynamics;the hemodynamic stabilization in observation group are more obvious than those in control group during intraoperative, postoperative time;analgesia effect and postoperative recovery of observation group were better than those of the control group;while the incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment of gynaecological laparoscopic by dexmedetomidine has hemodynamic stability, analgesic effect is stronger, faster postoperative recovery, and less adverse reactions.
