| Abstract: | In this paper, our management experience about making external revenue for eight years has been summed up, and the problems about how to settle revenue distribution among college, faculty and individuals as well as the relation between teaching and scientific research, moreover, about how to create a channel to get more revenue, improve financial managemnet system and to strengthen the audit and supervision have been put forward. |
