小湾水电站不良地质条件下的预应力锚索施工

摘    要:小湾水电站边坡开挖高陡,岩石卸荷强烈,两岸分布几十米不等的堆积体,Ⅱ级断层有F7,Ⅲ级断层主要有F3、F11、F10、F5、F20等5条横河通过。为解决小湾电站不良地质条件下的岩锚施工问题,进行了右岸边坡锚固生产工艺试验,最终在钻进机具选择、成孔、堵漏、灌浆等方面取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:The Xiaowan Hydropower Station is located in a narrow valley with high slopes on both banks, which are composed of load released rocks and thick deposits distributed over them. Altogether six faults, i.e. F7 of grade-II and other five faults of F3, F11, F10, F5 and F20 of grade-III that go through the river bed. In the initial stage, the construction of the anchorage cable encountered with great difficulties. To surmount the difficulties, many technical tests had been conducted for almost 3 months. And the success of the test has resolved the construction problem of the anchorage cable under unfavorable geological conditions in the construction of the Xiaowan hydropower project.
