摘    要:膨胀管技术目前已广泛应用于钻井、完井、修井和采油等各石油工程领域,膨胀工艺是其关键技术之一。针对两种最典型的"自下而上"和"自上而下"膨胀工艺,利用弹塑性有限元法建立了膨胀管膨胀过程的三维非线性接触问题力学模型,直观地模拟了不同接触条件下的膨胀过程。对比分析得到两种膨胀工艺下摩擦系数对膨胀管的轴向位移、膨胀力、壁厚减薄量、残余应力以及膨胀过程中的接触应力的影响,所得结论为膨胀管膨胀工艺的设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Expandable casing technology has been widely used in drilling, completion, workover and production, etc. and expansion technique is one of key technology. In this paper, aiming at the two most typical expanding techniques "BOTTOM-UP" and "TOP-DOWN", the mechanics model of 3-D non-linear contact during the expansion of expandable casing was established by using elastic-plastic finite-element method to visually simulate the expansion under different contact conditions. The effect of friction factor on total axial displacement, expansion force, wall thickness reduction, residual stress and contact stress during the expansion was obtained by comparison analysis of the two expansion techniques. The results provided theoretical reference for the design of expansion technique.
