四川叶下珠与广西叶下珠的质量比较研究

摘    要:目的:收集四川产和广西产的叶下珠,分析比较2个不同产地叶下珠药材的质量,以便为叶下珠药材的选取提供参考。方法:采用水分测定法、灰分测定法、丙酮溶性浸出物测定法、薄层色谱法及HPLC法,综合分析评价四川和广西两个不同产地叶下珠药材质量间的差异。结果:四川产的叶下珠水分、浸出物、总灰分和酸不溶性灰分的含量分别为11.50%-12.82%、22.05%-22.22%、9.09%-9.58%和1.93%-2.15%;而广西产的叶下珠水分、浸出物、总灰分和酸不溶性灰分的含量分别为10.86%-12.19%、16.41%-17.27%、10.86%-11.03%和2.91%-3.03%,丙酮溶性浸出物含量较四川叶下珠的低,而灰分含量较四川叶下珠的高;薄层鉴别专属性强,重现性好;采用HPLC测定没食子酸的含量,在0.027-0.178μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9991,平均回收率98.99%,RSD=0.81%。结论:四川产和广西产的叶下珠药材质量有所差异。

Comparative Study on Quality of Sichuan Phyllanthus urinaria L. and Guangxi Phyllanthus urinaria L.

Abstract:Objective: To collect the phyllanthus urinaria L. which produced in Sichuan and Guangxi, then analyze and compare the quality of the two different'origin phyUanthus urinaria L. So as to provide a reference for the effective control of the medicinal quality of phyllanthus urinaria L. Methods: Using the moisture determination method, total ash determination method, acetone extract determination method, acid insoluble ash determination method and HPLC method to comprehensive analysis and evaluation the differences between the two different producing areas phyllanthus urinaria L. sample. Results: The moisture, acetone extract, total ash, acid insoluble ash content of the Sichuan phyllanthus urinaria L. are 11.50% - 12. 82%, 22.05% -22. 22%, 9. 09% - 9. 58% and 1.93% -2. 15%, respectively. While the Guangxi phyllanthus urinaria L. are 10. 86% - 12. 19%, 16.41% - 17. 27% , 10. 86% - 11.03% and 2. 91% - 3.03%, respectively. It' s content of acetone extract below the Sichuan phyllanthus urinaria L , but the ash content are higher than the Sichuan phyllanthus ur/nar/a L The TLC identify is strong specificity and good repeatability. To establish HPLC method for the determination of gallic acid, gallic acid had a liner relationship in the range of 0. 027 - 0. 178 μg, r = 0. 9991. The average recovery was 98. 99%, RSD was 0. 81%. Conclusion: The results showed that there exist quality differences between the Sichuan phyllanthus urinaria L. and Guangxi phyllanthus urinaria L.
