甲型H1N1流感患者外周血NK细胞和T细胞亚群的变化情况分析

目的了解甲型H1N1流感患者外周血NK细胞和T细胞亚群的变化情况。方法采用美国BD公司生产的FACSCalibur流式细胞仪检测30例甲型H1N1流感患者及22例健康人外周血NK细胞和T细胞亚群,并进行统计分析。结果甲型H1N1流感患者的NK细胞百分数,CD4+T淋巴细胞绝对数及CD8+T淋巴细胞绝对数与健康组相比有明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而CD4+/CD8+比值与健康组相比基本无变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论甲型H1N1流感患者外周血NK细胞和淋巴细胞亚群水平存在异常,提示甲型H1N1流感患者免疫功能下降。

Analysis on changing situation of peripheral blood NK cells and T lymphocyte subsets in patients with influenza A (H1N1)

Objective To find out the changing situation of peripheral blood NK cells and T lymphocyte subsets in patients with influenza A（H1N1）.Methods The amount of peripheral blood NK cells and T lymphocyte subsets was determined in 30 cases of patients with influenza A（H1N1） and 22 healthy persons by using FACSCalibur Flow Cytometry produced by BD Corporation of USA,then their results were statistically analyzed.Results The percentage of NK cells and absolute number of CD4＋ and CD8＋ T lymphocytes of patients with influenza A（H1N1） were compared with those of healthy group,their findings were obviously lower,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Their CD4＋/CD8＋ ratio almost remained unchanged in comparison with that of healthy group,but the difference was not statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The amount of peripheral blood NK cells and lymphocyte subsets in patients with influenza A（H1N1） was under abnormal level,thus it suggested that the immune function of patients with influenza A（H1N1） was decreased.
