青岛市职校生饮食安全知识态度行为分析

摘    要:目的了解职业学校学生饮食安全知识、态度及行为情况,为有针对性地开展学生营养干预提供科学依据。方法采用自制饮食安全调查问卷,对2700名在校生进行问卷调查。结果学生饮食安全知识知晓率较低,高年级明显高于低年级,有29.6%的学生经常吃零食,51.2%和57.8%的学生关注感官享受重于健康。结论职业学校学生存在不利于健康的饮食习惯和态度,学校应加强饮食安全教育,提高他们的安全意识,改变不良饮食行为。

Abstract:[ Objective ] To understand the knowledge, attitude and practice about food safety among vocational school students, provide scientific basis for special nutritional intervention among students. [ Methods]2700 vocational school students were investigated with the self-designed questionnaire about food safety. [ Results ] The awareness rate of food safety knowledge among students was low, and that of higher grades was significantly higher than that of lower grades. 29.6% of students often ate snacks. 51.2% and 57.8% of students pay more attention to gustatory sense than to health. [ Conclusion] The vocational school students had unhealthy dietary habits and attitudes. Schools should improve the education about food safety among students, so as to enhance their safety consciousness, and change their unhealthy dietary behaviors.
