| 摘 要： | 针对船舶近海航行安全以往的研究以定性分析为主,无法给出各个影响因素重要性程度的问题,采用定量分析的思想,对影响其安全的诸多因素,如船舶因素、人员因素、管理因素和环境因素等运用层次分析法,对各个影响指标的重要性程度进行比较分析,得到了各个影响因素所占的权重,可为以后相关的研究工作提供重要的参考依据。

| Abstract: | Qualitative analysis is mainly adopted to analyze the safety of navigation in the offshore area.However,it can hardly figure out the importance degree of major influence factors.The influencing factors of navigation safety were quantitatively analyzed.These factors include the ship factors,human factors,management factors and environmental factors.Their importance degree was comparatively investigated by analytic hierarchy process(AHP) method.Their weighting from ship handler′s view was then given out.This study provides important reference for further corresponding researches on the ship navigation safety in offshore area. |
