高水头闸门止水元件的非线性仿真分析

摘    要:根据高水头闸门止水元件的工作特点,采用改进的门尼-里夫林模型进行非线性有限元仿真分析,并比较2种不同特性的止水元件在工作过程中的应力与变形规律以及粘弹性变化特点.仿真计算表明水封设计时选择硬度较小,适应变形能力较优且接触应力较大的止水元件能更有效地止水,计算成果为解决工程实际问题提供了科学合理的依据,并为类似工程设计提供了有益的参考.

Abstract:According to the working characteristic of seal component used in high pressure gate,the paper has made nonlinear finite element analysis using the modified Mooney-Rivlin model,and compared stress-distortion pattern and viscoelasticity changes characteristics in working process of seal components which have different material qualities.The simulation results show that in sealing design we'd better chosen the seal component which can sealing more effectively such as those seal components which have lower har...
