滚动轴承在良坎水电站溢洪道闸门改造中的应用

贵州省正安良坎水电站属于乌江左岸支流的芙蓉江梯级开发的第四级水电站,在大坝加高改造中,溢洪道闸门采用滚动轴承的支承方式,取得了比较好的效果。本文以此为例,说明了露顶式平面闸门的启闭设备容量受支承形式的影响大,由于采用滚动轴承具有启闭力较小,排架容易设计和布置,方案节约、经济等优点,所以采用滚动轴承的支承方式是一种经济实用的优化布置方案,特别是对中小型工程的溢洪道露顶式平面闸门建筑物布置和闸门改造更具推广价值。
