| 摘 要： | 工业化住宅能否被市场接受，关键要看这种产品的性能，价格是否具有优势。本文分析研究了工业化住宅的性能成本发展变化趋势，并与现有住宅的性能／成本变化趋势进行对比，展示了工业化住宅发的良好前景，提出了工业化住宅发展要经历的三个阶段，为住宅产业化发展提供基本依据。

| Abstract: | The marketability of industrialized house depends on their functio ns and price.The development trends of functions and price of industrialized h ouse were investigated through comparative study,whihc indicates that there are three necessary stages the development of industrialized house.From the resul ts of research,the future development of industrialized house is forecast. |
