摘    要:为了提高某机械产品质量、尺寸稳定性,通过对枪机框锻件成形过程的分析和研究,对改进后的锻件状态采用Deform 3D有限元模拟软件进行数值模拟成形分析,确定锻件成形的最佳材料规格大小,预测锻件是否产生缺陷,为生产中质量过程控制与合格率提供指导。

Abstract:In order to improve the product quality and dimensional stability forging process of a mechanical product the bolt box is analyzed and researched. Deform 3D finite element software is used to simulate the forming process to the improved forging. The best material specification size for the forging is determined. Its defects are predicted. It provides guidance for production quality process control and percent of pass.
