摘    要:介绍了桌产品拉伸件内膛重皮疵病的产生原因,通过降低润滑剂浓度,调整高压水去氧化皮能力及优化冲头结构,彻底克服了内膛重皮疵病,提高了经济效益和社会效益,为大1:2径弹体拉伸件的生产提供借鉴。

Abstract:The causes of the lap defect in the bore of a draw part is introduced. By decreasing the lubricant concentration, adjusting the ability of water under high pressure to remove scale and optimizing the punch structure, the lap defect in the bore is completely overcomed The economic and social benefits are produced. It provides reference for heavy calibre projectile draw part production.
