变像管同步扫描相机的理论分析

摘    要:本文主要讨论了变像管同步扫描对皮秒弱光现象诊断理论依据,从噪声理论出发,导出了这种相机的探测方程和最小可探测光功率密度的表达式,同时用概率论和数理统计的方法研究了这种相机的极限时间分辨率,并用蒙特卡洛模拟方法计算了其时间传递函数。分析表明,该类相机的最小可探测光功率密度约为1012W/mm,时间分辨率较单次扫描机更高。

Abstract:In this paper,the principle of synchroscan streak camera has been discussed based on the Bernoulli theorem,and its equation of detection and the minimum detectable threshould of light power density have been derived according to the noise theorem.The limited temporal resolution of this kind of streak cemera has been dealt with in terms of the theorem of probability and mathema tical statistics and it has been estimated with Monte Carlo method.According to the above theoretical analysis the relationship among the main parameters of this kind of camera has been established quanutively,which showed how to improve the performances of this kind of camera effectively.The theoretical analysis has shown that its minimum detectable threshould of imput light power density is in the order 10-12w/mm2 and that its limited temporal resolution can be better than the one of the single shot streak camera by improvements of the stabilities of the CPM laser system and streak circuits.
