| 摘 要： | 提高高校科研管理水平对促进高校科研发展意义十分重大，主要应该从两方面人手：一是要提高科研管理人员的自身素质；二是要提高科研管理服务水平。高校科研管理只有提高了人员素质及管理服务水平，才能适应科研工作的不断进步，更好地为科研工作出谋划策。
