矿用高压电缆绝缘在线监测系统的研究

摘    要:矿用高压电缆的绝缘状况对煤矿电网的正常运行意义重大,而局部放电(PD)信号的提取与分析是矿用高压电缆绝缘状况监测的关键所在。设计并开发了一种矿用高压电缆的在线绝缘监测系统,介绍了其工作原理和结构组成,采用了融合形态学滤波与基于Sqtwolog函数的小波阀值的PD降噪方法,通过分析矿用电缆的局部放电情况来评估电缆的绝缘状况。经实验室模拟放电试验和对平煤股份十矿配电中心的MYJV型6 kV交联聚乙烯铜芯电缆进行在线监测,结果证明监测系统可以有效去除噪声干扰,并能准确地反映矿用电缆的绝缘状况。

Abstract:The insulation condition of mine high voltage cable is significant to the normal operation of the coal mine power grid,but the extraction and analysis of partial discharge signal is the key to mine high voltage cable insulation condition monitoring. This paper designed and developed a mine high voltage cable insulation online monitoring system,introduced its working principle and structural composition,and integration of morphological filter and wavelet threshold based on Sqtwolog function for PD noise reduction,evaluated the insulation of the cable by analyzing its partial discharge situation. By using laboratory simulation discharge test,online monitoring was also carried out on MYJV type 6 kV cross-linked polyethylene copper core cable of Pingdingshan No.10 Coal Mine. Results show that,the monitoring system removes the interference effectively,and reactive the mine cable insulation condition accurately.
