煤矿瓦斯抽采封孔工艺的探讨

摘    要:为了提高煤矿瓦斯抽采钻孔封孔工艺,对穿层钻孔和顺层钻孔的设计和传统工艺的封孔进行了对比分析,提出了本煤层顺层三段式聚氨酯砂浆带压组合式、工作面封孔器以及穿层钻孔两段式聚氨酯砂浆封孔等新工艺。应用表明,新工艺有利于提高瓦斯抽采浓度,延长抽采时间,解决了封孔中遇到的许多问题,确保了煤矿瓦斯抽采工作顺利安全高效抽采。

Abstract:To improve the hole-sealing technology of gas drainage in the coal mine,contrast analysis was carried out between the design of layer-through borehole and boreholes along seam,and the traditional process of sealing. Several new technologies were proposed,including the seam three segment polyurethane mortar combined with pressure,borehole sealing device on working face,and two segment polyurethane mortar sealing and other new technology. Practical application shows that,the application of new technology can improve the concentration of gas drainage,and prolong the time of drainage. It also has solved many problems in hole-sealing,and has ensured the successful and safe gas drainage work in coal mine.
