基于MATLAB的光伏电池通用数学模型

摘    要:针对光伏电池输出特性具有强烈的非线性,根据太阳能电池的直流物理模型,利用MATLAB建立了太阳能光伏阵列通用的仿真模型.利用此模型,模拟任意环境、太阳辐射强度、电池板参数、电池板串并联方式下的光伏阵列Ⅰ-Ⅴ特性.模型内部参数经过优化,较好地反应了电池实际特性.模型带有最大功率点跟踪功能,能很好地实现光伏发电系统最佳工作点的跟踪.

Abstract:The output characteristics of PV cells are no-linear,so it's necessary to establish a more accurate mode of PV cells in simulation.A versatile model for photovoltaic cell was designed by using MATLAB based on the physical model of photovoltaic cell.With the model,the I-V characteristics of photovoltaic cell in any condition can be simulated.The parameters were calculated by the optimization design formula and it can improve the output characteristics of the photovoltaic cell model.Besides,the model included...
