摘    要:X线修复交叉互补基因1(XRCC 1)是一种重要的DNA修复基因,参与DNA单链断裂和碱基损伤修复,位于人染色体19q13.2,编码区单核苷酸多态位点导致相应的氨基酸改变.对其生物学特性、结构功能、基因多态与疾病易感性等方面的研究,可深入理解XRCC 1基因多态与环境交互作用对个体易感性的重要影响,其可能是某些疾病如癌症发生中潜在的易感标志物,对特定亚人群的筛检、预防和指导临床用药有深远意义.

Abstract:The X-ray repair cross-complementing 1 ( XRCC 1 ) plays a critical role in repair of single-strand breaks and base damage, and is located on human chromosome 19q13.2. In encoding area, single nucleotide polymorphism results in the corresponding change of amino acid. The article reviews the biological features, structure and function, gene polymorphism and diseases susceptibility of XRCC 1. The review will help us gain insight into how the interaction between gene polymorphisms and environment influence the susceptibility of individuals. XRCC 1 gene may be a potential marker for susceptibility to some diseases, such as cancer and is important in the screening, prevention and drug treatement of disease in specific populations.
