主轴回转精度测试中的误差分离技术

摘    要:用标准件进行机床主轴回转精度测量时,所得误差信号中同时含有主轴径向误差运动成分和标准球相对主轴的安装偏心分量。本文在分析主轴误差信号的基础上,提出了有效地分离安装偏心的理论,从而开发出一种测试结果与偏心无关的测试方法,该方法测量精度高,过程简便,易于实现。

Abstract:In measuring the rotation accuracy of spindlewith master ball, the measured signals include both the eccen-tricity error and the rotation error motion of spindle. Basedon the analysis of the rotation error motion of the spindle,an effcctive theory to separate the eccentricity error fromthe signals is expounded. And then a new method is created,the result obtained is independent from the position of themaster ball. So the measuring process is much simple and themeasuring accuracy is improved.
