两种桩核冠修复磨牙残根残冠的临床体会

目的比较分体式铸造金属桩核冠和螺纹金属桩银汞核冠修复磨牙的临床适应症与修复效果。方法分别制作两种桩核冠修复体比较其桩核折断、根管折断、桩松动脱落、颈缘等情况。结果两种桩核冠修复成功率无显著性差异,失败率仅桩核折断有显著性差异。结论磨牙残根残冠经完善根管治疗后,依情况选择适应症,利用两种桩核冠均可以保留患牙,恢复咀嚼功能和美观的要求。

Clinical application of two kinds of pile nuclear crown in the reparation of residual root and residual crown of the molar

Objective: To compare the effect of Clinical indication of the detached foundry metal pile nuclear crown and whorl mercury metal pile nuclear crown in the reparation of the molar.Methods:Two kinds of pile nuclear crown prosthesis were made and the break of pile nuclear and root canal, the fall off of the pile and cervical margin were compared. Results:The success ratio of the reparation of two kinds of pile nuclear crown have not significant difference,but the miss ratio of the break of pile nuclear has obviously difference.Conclusion?The indication could be selected after the residual root and residual crown of the molar were flowless treated with root canal, the liverish tooth can be kept down by use of the two kinds of pile nuclear crown and the chaw function resume and the beautiful requirement could be come true.
