| 摘 要： | 从现代社会对科技学术期刊的要求出发，阐述了传统编辑职能的内容，提出了为顺应时代的要求，应加快科技学术期刊编辑职能的转变，全面提高编辑在鉴别、优化、策划、组稿方面的能力和水平，以加快我国科技学术期刊的发展。
