艾滋病病区护士心理健康与压力源调查分析

目的]调查艾滋病病区护士的心理健康水平和压力源,为进一步做好艾滋病的防控提供参考意见。方法]采用SCL-90量表和护理人员压力源调查表对在艾滋病病区工作的护士进行调查,用SPSS软件进行分析。结果]艾滋病病区护士心理健康水平低于常模,其中躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执和精神病性差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),护士5个方面主要压力源为病人不礼貌、工资及其他的福利待遇低、工作环境差、工作量太大、护理的病人病情过重。结论]应针对各项压力源因素特点,做好护士的心理疏导工作。

A survey of mental health and pressure source of nurses in AIDS ward

Objective:To investigate both psychological health level and pressure sources of nurses in AIDS ward, so as to provide some references for better prevention and control of AIDS.
