摘    要:分析了碱性渣系不锈钢焊条焊接飞溅的类型、性质以及对焊条工艺质量的影响,探讨了焊接飞溅产生机理和影响因素,提出了控制不锈钢焊条焊接飞溅的对策.结果表明,碱性渣系不锈钢焊条的焊接飞溅主要有两种类型.焊接飞溅破坏了电弧的稳定性,药皮温升开裂加剧,全位置焊接成形困难,甚至影响焊缝性能.药皮组成物所决定的粗熔滴短路过渡形态,是产...
