| 摘 要： | 目的研究功能性消化不良与心理因素的关系，探讨以认知疗法为主的心理治疗在功能性消化不良治疗中的作用。方法对120例FD患者，按设计随机分成治疗组和对照组2组进行治疗，2组同时实施心理治疗，并观察其疗效。结果2组治疗结束后其疗效基本一致。经统计学处理无显著差异（P〉0．05）。结论功能性消化不良的发病与心理因素有密切关系，心理治理对功能性消化不良有显著作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship of functionality dyspepsia with psychological factors,and to evaluate the effects of psychological treatment(mainly based on perceive therapy) on functionality dyspepsia.Methods 120 cases of functionality dyspepsia patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Both groups were treated by psychological treatment except drugs were administered to the treatment group.The effects of treatment in both groups were compared.Results There was no statistical difference between remedial effects of both groups.Conclusions The occurrence of functionality dyspepsia has a close relationship with psychological factors and psychological treatment could play a significant role in the case of functionality dyspepsia. |
