| 摘 要： | 文章从加强"大土木"人才实践能力培养力度的社会要求出发,对"大土木"实践性教学问题进行研究。通过分析本科专业调整以来的教学经历和毕业生反馈意见,并立足于农林院校现有的人才培养模式和运行条件,对"大土木"人才实践能力培养质量的影响因素和提高措施进行论述。分析表明,从毕业设计、生产实习、课外科技活动、课程考核手段和教学条件建设5个环节入手,提高"大土木"人才实践能力具有很强的现实必要性和可行性。
