| 摘 要： | 目的探讨烧伤病房浸浴缸不同的消毒方法。方法对128例烧伤患者后期残余创面运用水浪式浸浴疗法的浸浴缸采用不同消毒方法进行比较,比较各组浸浴液控出菌落数及患者残余创面愈合时间。结果消毒方法改良组与对照组各组之间在浸浴液检出菌落数指标和残余创面愈合时间差异有极显著意义(P0.01)。结论改良的烧伤病房浸浴缸消毒方法可以有效地提高消毒质量,间接促进残余创面的愈合。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the different disinfection method of immersion bathtub in burn ward. Method 128 patients with residual burn wound underwent bath therapy were studied by completely randomizing designed and controlled. Data were statistics analyzed by using the software of SPSS. Result There was significant difference in detected colonies number of immersion liquid and the healing days of remnant wounds between the improved disinfection method group and other control group（P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The improved disinfection method of immer- sion bathtub could upgrade the disinfection quality directly and facilitate to heal the residual burn wounds indirectly. |
