| 摘 要： | 他汀类药物的多效性作用使其在心力衰竭治疗中发挥重要作用。他汀类药物治疗心力衰竭的机制与抗氧化、抗心肌肥厚、改善血管内皮功能、抗炎症、抗动脉粥样硬化、抗神经激素内分泌激活、促进祖代细胞进入外周循环等有关。已有临床研究表明他汀类药物对心力衰竭治疗有利。

| Abstract: | Statins play an important role in the treatment of heart failure due to its pleiotropic effects. The mechanisms of statins in the treatment of heart failure are related to antioxidant action, antihypertrophic action, endothelial dysfunction improvement, antiinflammatory effect, antiatherosclerosis, antineurohormonal activation and increasing progenitor cells in peripheral circulation. Clinical studies showed that statins might be beneficial for the treatment of heart failure. |
