关于教师条件性知识的思考——内涵及培养与提升对策

摘    要:教师条件性知识是教师所具有的教育学、心理学等教育科学知识,教师通过这些知识将自身所具有的本体性知识以一定的方式传授给学生,同时能够进行教学反思,从而达到教学效果的提高。教师的条件性知识在当前教师中仍然存在缺失,本文从教师的条件性知识入手,分析其含义与重要性,着眼于教师条件性知识的培养与提高的途径与策略。

Abstract:The conditional knowledge of teachers are the knowledge of pedagogy,psychology and other educational science,and over these knowledge teachers can pass on their noumenal knowledge to students in certain ways,improving the teaching effectiveness.But still many teachers lack of it.This article analysizes the meanings and importance of conditional knowledge,focusing on the approaches and strategies of cultivating and improving the conditional knowledge.
