| Abstract: | First,this paper introduced the definition and two basic theories of all-involvement innovation.Then,the paper studies the theoretical source of all-involvement innovation from suggestion system and evolution of this,kaizen,TQM,24/7 innovation,learning organization and innovative organization.In the end,the studying has been summarized and concluded. |
