| 摘 要： | 丘濬的《大学衍义补》，堪称一部治国百科全书，其中蕴涵着丰富的领导思想的资源。丘濬的领导观，以传统儒家民本思想为主线，从君主社会角色的期待，君臣的分权合作，用人和理财等方面，对君主提出了规范性的要求。系统梳理丘濬的领导观，在构建服务型政府的今天，也有一定的现实指导意义。

| Abstract: | Ch＇ iu Chun＇s ＂Supplement to the Exposition of the Great Learning＂ can be looked as an encyclopedia on state affairs, which contains abundant leading concepts. Based on the traditional people - based thought of Confucianism, Ch＇ iu chun puts forward standard requirement to the emperor from the emperor＇s social role, separation of powers and cooperation between the emperor and the officials, employing and finance. Studying Ch＇iu chun＇s leading concepts systematically will be a actual guide in constructing the service - oriented government. |
