锈蚀箍筋混凝土梁的抗剪承载力分析

摘    要:通过通直流电的方法加速两系列钢筋混凝土试验梁的锈蚀,并进行箍筋锈蚀后试验梁抗剪承载力的试验研究;在试验研究的基础上,分析先前研究者的锈蚀箍筋混凝土梁抗剪性能试验研究结果,分析和讨论了混凝土梁箍筋锈蚀后抗剪性能和强度的变化规律.结果表明,在箍筋锈蚀较轻的情况下,混凝土梁的抗剪承载力有所提高,而在箍筋锈蚀率大于10%以后,混凝土梁的抗剪承载力随箍筋锈蚀率的增加而显著降低;由箍筋锈蚀引起的混凝土截面损伤对混凝土梁抗剪承载力的影响非常显著,尤其对于抗剪承载力较多取决于混凝土贡献的小剪跨比混凝土梁.基于试验数据的综合分析,建立了锈蚀钢筋混凝土梁抗剪承载力的表达式,可以方便地应用于实际工程的设计计算中.

Abstract:The experiment of two series of beam specimens, on which current was applied to accelerate the corrosion of reinforcement, was carried out to investigate the shear capacity of reinforced concrete beams with corroded stirrups. Based on available experimental data, the effects of corroded stirrups on the shear resistance of reinforced concrete beams were analyzed. At the light level of stirrup corrosion, the shear resistance increases,while the shear strength decreases with the increasing stirrup corrosion when the corrosion level exceeds 10%; the reduction of concrete section has significant influence on the resistance, particularly of deep beams whose shear resistance depends more on concrete contribution. An empirical relationship between the shearing capacity of concrete beam and the section loss of stirrups was established, which can be conveniently used for the practical application.
