摘    要:某电厂引进型600 MW超临界机组3号瓦轴振突然变大,幅值在80~240 μm波动,2号瓦瓦温升高到106℃,严重威胁机组的安全运行通过变油温、变负荷、变真空试验,采用正向推理方法,准确分析了振动故障原因并给出了处理措施,对大型机组类似振动故障分析具有借鉴意义.

Abstract:The shaft vibration of an imported 600-MW supercritical unit rises suddenly.The vibration amplitude of Bearing 3 fluctuates between 80 μm and 240 μm and the temperature of Bearing 2 rises to 106 ℃.The problem seriously threatens the security of unit operation.The reasons which cause the vibration fault are identified through a series of testing,such as variable oil-pressure test,variable load test and variable vacuum test.The corresponding treatment measures are also proposed.The experience should be helpful to handle the large units with similar issues.
