通用数模混合电路板维修检测系统设计

摘    要:为实现对数模混合电路板的快速准确检测,提高装备的保障维护能力,设计了一种基于LabWindows/CVI的数模混合电路板维修检测系统。该维修检测系统采用LabWindows/CVI作为开发平台,能够实现装备中的数模混合电路板的功能验证与故障诊断测试,能够用于内外场数模混合电路板快速测试和故障诊断。实际应用表明,该系统具有测试准确、故障准确率高、可靠性高、操作方便的特点,具有一定的应用价值。

Design of Maintenance and Test System for General Mixed-signal Circuit Board

Abstract:In order to realize the fast test on the mixed-signal circuit board and improve the maintainable ability of equipment,the maintenance and test system for mixed-signal circuit board based on Labwindows/CVI is designed in this paper. The software system adopts Labwindows/CVI as the platform to implement the functional validation test and fault diagnose on the mixed-signal circuit board. The application result shows that the maintenance and test system has good and reliable performance and improves the maintainable ability of equipment.
