摘    要:介绍了内螺纹管件在脱模时容易变形的问题,提出了解决这类管件脱模问题的抽芯机构设计方案,论述了抽芯机构的结构特点和工作原理,通过滚珠丝杆带动滑块抽芯与螺纹型芯旋转抽芯时的螺距一致,使塑件抽芯动作运行平稳,有效解决了内螺纹塑件在抽芯时产生的起牙损坏、拉伤等问题。

Abstract:Aimed at the issue that internal thread pipe fitting is easy to be deformed in the demould?ing process,the design scheme of core-pulling mechanism was put forward to solve the problem.The structure characteristics and working principle of the core-pulling mechanism were discussed in detail.By keeping the same screw pitch of the slider core-pulling driven by the ball screw and the thread core rotating,the core-pulling motion of the mould was operated smoothly,which solved the problems such as tooth damage caused by the core-pulling of the internal thread plastic parts.
