基于地应力的巷道围岩支护设计及校核

摘    要:以赵庄二号井2301工作面两侧巷道为工程背景,通过地质勘测、地应力测试、力学分析、数值模拟及矿压观测的方法,对巷道掘进方向及围岩支护方案进行了设计。结果表明:巷道掘进方向与水平构造应力方向相一致时有利于防范底板冲击的发生;第二偏应力和塑性区分布结果验证了支护方案设计的合理性。现场巷道表面收敛位移量均控制在5%以内,为类似条件巷道支护设计提供了借鉴意义。

Abstract:Based on the engineering background of both sides of 2301 working face in Zhaozhuang No.2 coal mine,through the methods of geological survey,in-situ stress test,mechanical analysis,numerical simulation and mine pressure observation,the tunnel driving direction and surrounding rock support scheme are designed.The results show that when the direction of roadway excavation is consistent with the direction of horizontal structural stress,it is beneficial to prevent floor impact;the second partial stress and the distribution of plastic zone verify the rationality of support scheme design.The convergence displacement of the field roadway surface is controlled within 5%,which provides a reference for the roadway support design under similar conditions.
